Pets Villa VIP Card Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
a. "Cardholder" refers to an individual that possesses and uses a VIP card issued by Pets Villa.
b. "Pets Villa" refers to Pets Villa, the entity providing pet grooming services.
2. VIP Card Eligibility
a. VIP cards are issued at the discretion of Pets Villa.
b. VIP cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the cardholder whose name appears on the card.
c. Pets Villa reserves the right to revoke or refuse a VIP card without prior notice or reason.
3. Benefits
a. Cardholders are entitled to the following benefits: - Free extra grooming credit, retail shop and online shop vouchers.
b. The benefits associated with the VIP card may change at Pets Villa's discretion.
4. Cardholder Responsibilities
a. Cardholders must present their VIP card when booking appointments or receiving services.
b. Cardholders must adhere to Pets Villa's standard terms of service.
c. Cardholders must notify Pets Villa of any changes in contact information.
5. Expiration and Renewal
a. VIP cards are valid for 1 Year or 2 Years.
b. All remaining credit or vouchers will be invalid after the expiry date.
6. Termination and Cancellation
a. Pets Villa reserves the right to terminate or cancel a VIP card for any reason without notice, and refund the unused paid credit. All extra creadit or vouchers will become invalid upon termination and cancellation.
b. VIP Card is a non-refundable product.
7. Limitations of Liability
a. Pets Villa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of the VIP card.
b. Pets Villa is not responsible for lost or stolen VIP cards.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
a. Pets Villa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
b. Cardholders are responsible for reviewing the latest terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
